At Vastrado, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion finds aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to your Vastrado account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check

  Ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and have the original brand tags and packaging intact for a successful inspection.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After your return reaches our warehouse and passes quality control, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
